SHIPPING, PACKING AND POSTAGE
Packing
When packaging my prints these are handled with cotton gloves and are rolled within plain paper to cover the front and tissue paper for protection and to hold everything together, before being placed inside a sturdy cardboard tube for posting. Extra tissue paper is also placed in the top and bottom of the tube to stop the print from moving around inside.
Due to the nature of the product being fine art prints I wouldn't place more than two prints in the same tube at any one time. If you want to order more than two prints at once time then I'll send the order out in multiple tubes that'll be placed in a box.
Once received, please be extremely careful when handling the prints, as you could mark them.
Despatch times
I'll aim to get orders shipped within a week, but I only ever have a small number of prints in hand at any one time, so please allow up to two weeks for despatch to include production time if needed. You'll be contacted once your order has been despatched.
Overseas shipping
I do post overseas, shipments of these limited edition prints outside the UK may incur customs fees dependent on the country. The customer (you) will be responsible for any customs fees that may be applied. To find out if I can deliver to your country, add your prints to the cart and proceed to the cart page, and then check if your country is available from the selection.
Postage and Costs
All shipments will be sent via 'signed for' delivery unless this service isn't available in your country. UK shipping is FREE via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, and overseas shipping is £10.00 via Royal Mail International Signed For. You'll receive a tracking number once the item has been despatched. For more information about Royal Mail International Signed For please click here.
Delivery times
The delivery time, once despatched, will be dependent on the destination, but for example, allow two to four days for the UK, up to one week for Europe and two weeks for the rest of the world.
