the pen license
One of my earliest memories of primary school was learning to write.
The teacher would write down the letter ‘a’ and you would copy it, row after row between the top and bottom lines.
Then another letter, and another.
Fast forward a few years and you were joining up your words like a pro, so you were then upgraded to the magical blue ink pen. (That seemed excessively long if I remember).
This was the messiest writing tool that ever lived! 😆
Those little plastic ink cartridges used to go everywhere, a day didn’t go by where you wouldn’t get blue on your hands.
Or on your lips! 👄 no, don’t chew the end for goodness sake. 😂
I don’t think I’ve ever owned a cartridge based ink pen in my adult life, oh, those childhood memories.
